For my Community project, I decided to do a hiking trail by my house called Skyline. I chose this destination for my project because it's a widely popular hiking trail that everyone likes to hike in Corona and shows us what it's like to be outdoors and away from civilization which I think is important for people to experience. Another reason is because there is all sorts of wonderful nature out there that not a lot of people want to go do because its a lot of walking for some people or they're just being lazy. I think of it as a fun activity to get out of the house, grab a few friends or family members and get some fresh air and be away from the television. I think it's important that we all take a break from being inside all the time and go outside and explore. Maybe it could be somewhere new that you've never been to. You never know it could make you a lot happier compared to being on your phone all day. There are two paths that you can take, one that takes you up a mountain that goes uphill and the other path, which is my personal favorite, that leads in a forest type of trail. There are insects and other little critters that are on these trails, bees, flies, snakes, etc. It's always good to come prepared and not go alone. All in all, I think this is a great hiking trail because it's a great way to get away from civilization and get some fresh air. It's my favorite hiking trail since you get to see nature and can challenge yourself to hiking upwards if you're up for a challenge.
